TasFoods Limited ACN 084 800 902 (Company) has prepared and issued a prospectus for the purposes of Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) setting out the terms of the invitation (Offer) by the Company to investors to apply for 121 million ordinary shares (Shares) in the Company at $0.25 each to raise up to $30.25 million.
The prospectus was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and given to ASX Limited (ASX) on 25 May 2016. Neither ASIC, ASX nor any of their respective officers take any responsibility for the contents of the prospectus or the merits of the investment to which the prospectus relates. The expiry date of the prospectus is 25 June 2017. No securities will be issued on the basis of the prospectus after that date.
Applications for Shares must be made by completing the application form contained in the prospectus in accordance with the instructions set out in the application form.
The Company will not accept an application for Shares if it has reason to believe that the application form was not contained in the prospectus when it was received by the applicant, or that the applicant received an incomplete, altered or tampered version of the prospectus.
